As you've probably already guessed, my name is Martin Crownover!
If you've taken the time to peruse the site a little, you've probably also figured out that I'm an artist. By my count, that's almost enough work for me to give you an online university degree or a private inverstigator's license!
But I digress... this page is supposed to be about me, not your continued education!

Anyway, I am an artist, and this is me in a nutshell. A very small, constrictive nutshell. A nutshell that jumps from primary school to the end of college in two short paragraphs!

I have been drawing pictures since the ripe old age of 3. Of course, back then I was in love with trains, so my ambition in life was to be a train engineer. In retrospect, I don't think 3 year olds have much common sense.
Drawing has always been a second nature to me, and I used it whenever I could throughout school. Sometimes helping out a friend, sometimes causing trouble, drawing has always been one of my favorite pastimes.

Majoring in Art in college was a no-brainer, and being around so many people who either came into college undeclared, or changing majors half-way through, I was thankful for it! Luckily, none of those old train engineer feelings came back before I graduated!

So now, here I am, working on another of my favorite things to do... web pages. Programming HTML is something I got into way too long ago, and of course, the moment I got my hands on a computer, I started making art with it, too. I don't want to go too far off on a tangent, but I think that one of the things I enjoy most is making art with all kinds of different mediums. There are so many ways to do it on and off the computer, it's mind boggling. The only problem with using a computer to do work like this is the ever-looming temptation of video games. Which serves as a great segway into my next few sentences.

Video games are the third thing I am going to talk about here, since I like them. I won't talk about them too much though, since I don't want to give you the impression that I play too many video games, or that I am a big nerd. I will say this: I like video games. And I will also say this: I like to make video games. I am better at playing video games than making video games, but I still enjoy both. One more thing, if you or anyone you know can make video games, let them know about me!

Well, I think I'm gonna wrap this up now, since I don't feel like writing more about myself right now, so hopefully this is enough to tide you over until the real juicy stuff comes out! And that's not just a ploy to try to get you to come back and read this over and over!
Or is it...?
